I wouldn't worry about having a premature baby. Like the other girls said, it's pretty common to be dilated to one cm for a while. Good luck!

When I was pregnant with my second daughter I went into preterm labour with her(already having a premie at 7 months) I dialated to 3.5 cm and they were able to stop labour. I ended up having to be enduced at 41 weeks with her, stubborn girl. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

I agree with Spiket.  I had a friend who dialated to 3 by 30 weeks and ended up being induced on her due date.

Dilation and effacement don't really give you a clear indicator of how fast or how soon you will deliver. It's kind of a misleading and it gets a lot of pregnant women's hopes up or scares them depending on the situation.

You can stay at one or even close back up. You could go into labor tomorrow or go two weeks past your due date.

Sorry about the false labor! Take it easy.
