just found out I'm in the process of a miscarriage, I've been so scared that this would happen. What's next?

I had to have a d&c done after waiting a month nd having no bleeding we were worried about possible infection but in the ultrasound there was no hb at nine weeks I'm sorry for ur loss I've had three miscarriages myself things will get better just give them time

Like 4 in heaven said. If the pain becomes unbearable and your bleeding very heavily for a long period of time. Head to the ER. I ended up hemorrhaging and had to have an emergency d&c with my first miscarriage......and I'm sure your dr told you, but NO tampons. Pads only!!!! Tampons raise the risk for infection drammatically

So sorry for your loss hun! I've had 2 miscarriages my self. When I was in your situation I took and burned everything I had baby related with a group of people that love me and we partied. I just wanted to forget about it. My advice to you is surround your self with people who love and support you and just grieve.  I know how bad it hurts. You gotta let it out. My question to you is, have you started bleeding yet?

It may take a few days to a few weeks for the tissue to start to pass. It'll probably start with some cramping and either some light bleeding or just heavy all of a sudden. When I passed my first trimester babies it kinda felt like if you were to put a grape in your mouth and tighten your lips a lil then push the grape out. That's how it felt for me. It didn't hurt other then the cramps and emotionally of course. After youll bleed kinda heavy possibly with clots for a few weeks but it will get lighter after a few days.  If your bleeding heavy for weeks and start to feel weak and sick go to the hospital for something may be wrong.

I've had alot of miscarriages and I know Dominique has too. I hope this doest come off the wrong way but it is better that this happen sooner then later trust me. When it happens this early it's due to some genetic malformation of some sort. I am sorry for your loss though. I know how attached we get as soon as we find out we're pregnant. If you plan on trying again later you need to grieve and not rush in to another one.
