fear

I'm 19 weeks almost 20 and I continue to get all kinds of negative thought. What if I lose my baby? How come I'm not feeling him move a lot? What if something happens wrong? Just all kinds of thought. I have major fear of losing him and I honestly don't know why. Has any other moms felt this way? What helped get your mind off of it.

Ageeed with Jennie0106 - do not look at/read things that happen with others, if they are bad. Instead read the happy stories, think about the baby, how are you going to raise him, love him, what could work rhe best, when you will educate him in life. I had miscarriage at first, and now its my 26th week and i've honestly been scared ********. But being afraid doesnt work. I had fear about another miscarriage, about my own death when i give birth, about my man -what if,like, you know, he goes to work and some douche drives him over... its ridiculous, really, how messed up your thougts can get. What helped me - motivational stuff in Pinterest, talking with frienda about not pregnancy stuff. And even talking about pregnancy positively. Hold on, try to occupy your thougts with something else.

It's just anxiety. I wordy about that and this is my third baby. Just try to relax and find something to get your mind off of it. Don't watch anything or read anything that will trigger the thoughts. Good luck on everything hope your pregnancy goes well.
