flavored carbonated water?
Is it OK to drink instead of regular water I've been drinking about a liter a day of strawberry carbonated water. It has the bubbly taste like soda except no calories no sodium no sugar. I have a doc appt. Today to see how far I am and I'll also ask this to the doc but I wanted to see if u ladies already know.
Im sure its ok to drink but it prollh wont give the same effect as water like keeping u hydrayted.. i wud just get bottles of water n mix in the little packets if ur wanting flavor
