for the ladies who have experienced a csection

so maybe a little tmi but i am ready to have an orgasm i had a c section 9 days ago and am getting different answers when googling it is it okay to masturbate and have an orgasm  how long did you wait  and is that first one painful and what about sex when the bleeding stops i only dialated to 1 cm and my cervix was still hard when the csection was performed

go to my doc at 2 wks maybe he will give me the okay

i never thought about that it makes sense though because your uterus contracts thank you for your advice i think i will wait longer its hard but my little one keeps me distracted enough

I had a intercourse 2 1/2 weeks after my section my guess would just be whenever u feel up to it &urn bleeding has stoped

Honestly I'd wait. And here is why. Your uterus was cut completely open. It is not completely sealed as of yet (at 9 days). I've had 3 c sections and was told to wait a minimum of 3 weeks. Because you are risking making your uterus rupture at the surgery site. On the inside. I was crazy horny after my last one was born but after talking to doc she said I really needed to wait to climax. It's your call though. Make the decision that is best for you. I was too scared to try before 3 weeks.
