Hello, I need help I cannot seem to gain weight like I need to any suggestion what to eat to help me gain weight
Maybe ask your doctor about it? If their worried about it then they could proscribe something for you to do/take. Usually first trimester you'll lose some weight. But as long as your doctor isn't worried, you shouldn't be.
