groin pains in the first trimester?

Is it normal to have groin pains in the first trimester of pregnancy? and can it be a sign of something more sinister? I'm now 11 weeks and 5 days pregnant and i do worry a lot as due to bleeding in and under the amniotic sac, it is a threatened miscarriage. I went to hospital yesterday following bleeding to check for a heartbeat, which was finally picked up thank god. but i'm still bleeding and now worried about these groin pains,

i've had bleeding and pain for quite some time due to my condition and baby has always been fine when checked. i just haven't had groin pain before and wondered if it was a sign of anything.

If you are bleeding and having groin pains I would give the doc a call and possibly head to the ER! I know some bleeding in pregnancy is ok but when you start having cramps or pain there is some worry there.... better to be safe than sorry i say, I would go and get checked
