hard to pee

So I having been having a hard time going pee. I feel like I have to go even to the point of my bladder hurting but for some reason I can't go. It could take me up to 3 tries in order go and when I do I don't feel as I completely went. I know it's not a uti there is no stinging, burning, itching and lower abdomen pain. Has anyone else had this problem. I am 37+5 weeks.

Maybe u feel the urge to pee because the baby is pushing down. Sometimes i wake up and have a really bad urge to pee like if i was full and pee a little or sometimes go to the bathroom and pee a lot and not feel full.. Ask ur doctor just to be safe

I was just checked yesterday and it's not a uti or kidney stone. I went in for something else they did a urine and those all came back normal. This has been going on for a week. I only get the contraction type pain because my bladder hurts.

I am prone to UTI and Kidney Stones and that sounds exactly what you described. If it is a UTI they need to put you on antibiotics but drinking 100% cranberry juice will help you for the time being. If it is Kidney Stones it will block you from peeing until they are passed. The doctor can not help you unless they are a specific size and that would result in surgery to have them removed. If they are Kidney Stones; drink large amounts of water and cranberry juice and hold your pee in as long as possible. It is painful and you will feel awful but you need to build the pressure up in your urin to disrupt the stone and push it out. I hope this helps.

It is really hard. I never had this problem with my first 2 that's why it's kinda worrying me.

Hopefully your doctor can give you a good answer.  It really could be things just squished and not in the right place, etc.  Having a baby sure is hard work, isn't it?  Good luck sweetie

Exactly. It kinda feels like a contraction every time I do go and my stomach gets really tight.

I have been having that feeling also and it comes out very little and it takes along time it because the baby is so low and it hurts coming out

It's been going on for about a week. So I really doubt it's a uti. I am waiting to here back from her. It can very uncomfortable. Plus I am forced to drink tons of water because baby don't want to move really so I have to keep doing kick counts and water and hard to pee is not a very good combination.

It could be just your baby laying on your bladder causing you to feel that way.

Hm, that is odd.  Maybe it is the start of a UTI before all of the other symptoms get going?  I know I had issues with my uterus kind of pushing my other organs around too which maybe something like that is going on.  Are you super uncomfortable?  I'd mention this to your doctor at your next appt.  good luck hon
