Is it possible to feel a heartbeat from your baby at 7 weeks and 4 days? Sometimes I feel like I can feel an extra heartbeat in my stomach when I'm laying on my back

Im pretty sure you cant this early.  Its probably your own heartbeat.  Im 29 weeks and still havent felt it.
