Milk is immediate relief! Tums help out too.

I use tums during the day and take a pepcid at night before bed. Also I eat dinner as early as possible..around 5 or 6. And if It wakes me up in the middle of the night I just drink a glass of milk and Im set(:

I've suffered with acid reflux and heartburn through out my whole pregnancy.. i am 39+3 ...tums did nothing for me. My dr. Said i could take zantac or Ranitidine 150mg. I take one in the morning and another at night. It is my best friend hahaha

I use zantac or prilosec. I have acid reflux and heart burn. Had it before I got pregnant. The best way I have found is take one in the morning and one at night. Don't lay down for two hours after eating. And avoid spicy and citrus foods. It ***** I know but it should help.

I just Googled this question and found out that you shouldn't use baking soda if pregnant.
I'm dealing with heartburn for the lady could of days;  I'm 38.6 weeks and kind of hoping the end is near ;-)
Good luck with heartburn
I would double check before I using it anyway

Warm water and baking soda. Tastes nasty but the best relief ever.
