heartburn

Ugh even when i dont eat anything my throat is on fire and i dont want to od on tums . I was wondering if their are some other ways to help with heart burn . And i know its just a old wives tale but my baby better have alot of hair bc he is killing me with the heartburn lol

Ask for protonix u take it 1x a day and i havent had heartburn sin e i started taking it works awesome

Baking soda in water. You use a teaspoon of baking soda it neutralizes the stomach acid

Milk works great for me. I have also noticed that if my stomach is empty I get heartburn too so try not to wait too long between meals/snacks.

Both my doctors said it was fine to take max strength zantac twice a day

Tums dont work for me either...i eat em like candy lol...sometimesz the heartburn is because you could be hungry and not realize it...sometimesz when I havent eaten I get heartburn worse then when I have eaten...

Um my doctor prescribed me zantac it helped me alot. With the heartburn. Tums did not work for me at all
