heaviness down below after sex

i m 26wks pg... I dont have problem during sex but after 10-15 mins my right leg get pulled and starts to cramp... Also now i have started to experience pelvic heaviness.. I went to bathroom and i felt my private parts are going to fall out... It ws so uncomfortable.... Has anyone u experienced this n how do u cope with it..?? I still got third trimester to go.. Any ideas would be nice...

Take a warm bath. It would happen to me all the time during my last pregnancy. It feels like your vagina is big and swollen right? Its mostly because you already have a significant amount of increased blood flow in your body and during sex you stimulate your clitoris which causes more blood flow. Which causes the throbbing swelling pain. Just rest with a pillow between your legs after a warm shower. Good luck to you
