I agree with the above poster.. I would not describe the cramping as severe if it is uterus stretching.
With that said, if you are feeling uterus stretching, try lying on your side and bring your knees up towards your chest. That should relieve it. WHen I was having it, at first I would lay completely flat on my back thinking that would help for some reason.. It never did but then i did some reading and found that you can relieve it by scrunching up your body. I found it really helped.
Maybe so but they shouldnt be worse then period pains, still worth getting checked out even if they tell you themselves that it is only your uterous expanding
