hip pain

The pain on the right side of my hip is unbearable. I had a car accident june 21st. not sure if the pain is due to the accident or just changes from my pregnacy. I want to believe it's because of the accident though, because before it happens I've never experienced this pain. plus the pain is only on one hip, the left side. if it was because of my pregnacy wouldn't it be both of my hips? is this a normal is anyone else experience in this?  Im 22w5 pregnant. I have a icy hot patch I never used, is it safe to place it on my hip for the night? Cant take the pain

It's most likely due 2 the stretching in ur hips.  But the pain is probably more pronounced in the one hip because of ur accident.  I had 2 use an icy hot patch 4 my back earlier in pregnancy.  My doctor said it was okayy because the ones I had the ingredient was just menthol
