hungry all the time

I'm 36 weeks today and I have been constantly snacking/eating the past two days...I've already gained around 60 pounds. I'm worried that I'm gaining too much weight but my doctor doesn't seemed worried. I feel like I can't get full...am I the only one that's going through this???

Me too I'm eating all day and can't get full. The other day I ate some pancakes, a big plate of casserole, and some more pancakes all within two hours. I thought I was tripping. And I eat eggs like its going out of style. I'm going through a dozen eggs in 2-3 days.

I had the same problem. I'm 37+3 and I've gained 35 (which is the max I should gain) but I gained 25 of those pounds in the last few months of being Prego. My doctor prescribed me Ranitidine cause I was having bad heart burn and acid reflux and apparently you eat to get rid of the heart burn. It worked for me. I'm not sure if you have the sane situation. Another thing that helped me was getting out of the house (friends, movies, walks, etc) cause then you're preoccupied and not thinking of food! :)
