i am so upset

is it true that babies come out through belly's too? im pregnate and they said to me last week, i am totally pregnate but, the baby is possibly not gonna come out the vaginia

Why are they saying so early that you will need a C-section?  Didn't you just say in another post that you still have 256 days to go?  That is awfully soon for them to decide to do a Casearean.

Indeed. It's called Caesarean section, or c-section for short. They are meant to be used if the mother cannot birth her baby vaginally or if complications arise during labour. Some women will choose an elective c-section, and while it's their choice, recovery is longer, can get infection, the wound could reopen and can make future pregnancy require c-section as well. They won't know if you need a c-section till very far into the pregnancy. Generally they're done if something happens to the mother, baby is breech, baby falls to progress, baby is stuck, I believe if the child is in distress or if you've had previous c-sections done. (I know I forgot some, but that's a few reasons at least)
