i have a polycystic ovary

i have a polycystic ovary but i have a regular period..is it possible for me to get pregnant?

Yes it is. I have PCOS and conceived first month trying. I found out I have it after my baby was born. So it's very much possible. I also have regular periods.. well, every 40 days.

Yes. You might need assistance with medication. But I had/have poly cystic ovaries. They did surgery on a extremely large cyst three months ago, and was going to start me on medication. However I moved, and needed to wait on the medication. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. SO don't get your hope down. It can happen. It took my husband and I three years. But it CAN happen.
