im finally pregnant and never been more scared

I just found out that i am 7weeks pregnant!!!! while i couldnt be happier im freaking out about EVERYTHING, i want to know what pain is normal as even though all the advice iv been given has said its all normal and that my body is just "making room" its still scary!! it is a dull pain in my lower abdomen and my vagina hurts? the pain is quite frequent? does this really happen to everyone? im also dizzy all the time, i havnt had a scan yet and the only doctor iv seen so far is the one that did the blood test to confirm,
also i have this fear that when i go for a check up or scan that the doctor is going to say that there is no baby!!!
a part of me knows im being silly but im not sleeping because im so worried...
i know i have to relax but this baby has been a long time coming.
pleas has anyone else been this paranoid
ps my boobs and nipples are sooo sore and head aches are happening every other day.. does any1 no any natural remedies ;)

as long as the pain is not intense it is normal. I always have what feels like mild period cramps. It's just everything growing. If the pain becomes more intense or you have any blood that's when there is need for concern. No remedies I know of for the sore nipples and breasts, that usually doesn't last too long though, mostly just in the beginning. Dizziness is normal. Relax and get your rest. everything you said sounds normal. Do you have the book "What to expect when you're expecting?" If not, get it. It gives you everything you need to know month by month and should help with concerns and worries. Congratulations and god Bless your growing family!
