in hospital possible preeclampsia :( 37weeks help!

Im 37 weeks pregnant at the moment and its my second night in the hospital, my bp rose by 30out of nowhere so my gp sent me up to the hospital and now im being monitered, there has veen no protein in my urine detectd untill last night and that sample i gave them was the only whole sample i managed to get and the only one midstream, would this have amy affect when testing for protein? The containers they give you are very small and its hard to get a full sample should o ask for a funnel or would this not make a difference on the result?

I am sorry you are in hospital,I am high risk for pre-eclampsia complications and i am 33weeks and 3days.And at the hospital twice a week as mine is caused from the placenta not working properly. At 37weeks your baby will be ok,I am being induced between 36-37weeks because of it.Have they done a blood test? You may find if tou have pre-eclampsia they will just induce you, goodluck

If it is really difficult, they can always use a catheter.  Good luck!!  Try not to worry.  At least at 37 weeks, baby will more than likely be just fine without a NICU stay if he/she is born or has to be born.

Glad you are being well taken care of!!
