Maybe you should talk to your doctor. I told my doctor my last pregnancy that I absolutely did not want to be induced. They helped my loose my plug and luckily I went on my own a few days later. I was about 39 and 4. Either way ot is good to talk to your doctor about your concerns and make sure to ask all your questions

Im 37+4 weeks and he said that he would schedule me for 39+4 i didnt ask why but i suspect its because of my weight? Im pretty overweight :/ so i think it possibly so i dont have a big baby that would result in c section. I just feel like this is all happening so fast.

Everyones experiences with this always vary. I have heard good stories and bad.  I was induced with my first and went natural with my second. When i was induced my labor lasted for 12 hours. Contractions were worse when I was induced so I got the epidural. My second child was all natural and I referred that but all in all my induction went smooth and I had a healthy baby boy

It's best just to wait until the baby is ready on its own, unless of course you need to be induced for health or safety reasons. Unfortunately a lot of doctors try to push their patients into getting induced so that they will have a more predictable schedule. If there is no reason to get induced I wouldn't recommend it, but that's just my opinion.

How far along are you? I have never been induced but have done some research on it and imo I think its best to let your body do it naturally . Why force something that should happen naturally when you induce theres a higher rate of getting an epidural unless you had planned on one anyway. look at both ways
