After taking some antibiotics for a uti I have been very irritated down there to the point it makes me wanna cry.! I dnt have an std bc I dnt have sex I haven't had sex since I been pregnant.. And I only use one kind of soap bc some of the other brands gives me an allergic reaction & I will break out in hives all over my body... I wonder if its bc of those pills. I was also taking meds for pain, contractions, & something else I forgot. But ever since I have finished I have been dealing with this irritation why is this happening to me... I'm cry while typing this post its killing me & I'm not used to anything like this at all...

Yeast infections are the worst! They are just miserable I swear! I cried when I had one too because it was so annoying I couldn't handle it. It'll all be okay though I promise! Just get sone monistat cream!

Okay. I'm going to call my Dr in the morning & see what he says. Then I'm going to get that creme to see if that works. I can't deal with this pain, itching, nor all that nasty discharge.! Its more than I can handle especially with it being my 1st one. I thought I was losing my mind..

I have never had a yeast infection until I got pregnant. I tried monistate 7 and it was the worst idea ever! It just didn't work for me and made it worse, the doctor prescribed me a pill and by the next day I was feeling better(:

Yeah girl it's yeast. Make sure to read the label on monistat make sure it's safe for pregos unless u go to your doc. in the mean time just drink a lot of water ... theirs some home remedies but just go get the creme you'll feel better instantly even tho it'll be a mess in the morning lok

I have a uti and yeast infection right now I went to my doc for meds for both for the yeast infection they gave me a pill that takes care of it in three days

Antibiotics could cause your oh balance to get messed up down there just do the monistat and drink a lot of water and cranberry you'll be fine , :)

Its a yeast infection take probiotics it will help period also monistat 7 or any yeast infection cream cure treatment i got it bad after antibiotics. It will lessen with time also hun use ice pack or something cold to.num the pain n swelling

I'd suggest the seven day treatment since your extremely irritated, sometimes the three day high dose will get rid of it and come right back. Seven days is a lower dose and gives it a longer time to get it completely gone. And girl I know how it is!!! Ugh

Yup..after i took  antibiotics  for my uti, i got a yeast infection.  Very very common.
I Used The  3 day monistat and it cured my symptoms.

You're not supposed to take the pills while pregnant. And they have 3 day creams as well. The one my doctor prescribed was 3 days and they have 3 day monistat. I think you aren't supposed to use the one day kinda because its too strong and can harm your baby

Yes it's a yeast infection I just had one after taking antibiotics it was pain full an I just kept cleaning it while waiting on the meds to work they have a pill works in like 3dayz the cream u have to use for seven days

I got my first uti a few weeks ago with this pregnancy.. And idk what a yeast infection feels like bc I have never had one before. I didn't go through this with my first pregnancy I dnt understand why this stuff is happening to me.!! I'm crying about it cause it hurts so bad & idk what to do about it... I can't take being pregnant anymore.! So Mich terrible stuff is happening to my body its driving me crazy.!!

Antibiotics can mess with your PH balance and you most likely have a yeast infection. I would double check with a doctor and they will probably give you some cream for both internal and external to help with irritation. I had never had a yeast infection before and I've gotten 2 since I've been pregnant!
