is it mucus plug????

Help plzzz.  I peed and after a lil about 15mins or more I felt a lil something come out in my vajayjay, its kinda pee but just lil and cant control it. I wet my underwear and short a lil. When I wipe it, its sticky, and guwee. Is it a mucus plug? There's no blood or somthing. I dont felt any constraction or hurt. It just my baby move a lot. Im 37+2

Now I felt like I have a period, like cramps but really hurts,it goes away for awhile, then after a while it will come again. Im laying sideways right now. Having a back ache and felling the cramps thing..uggghhhh I hope my baby wont come yet. Im not ready :'(
