As a Mother of 4, ranging in ages of 30 all the way down to a 6yr old, I would definetely agree, Yes, all those feelings are very normal. And Oh, How True it is about that 2nd trimester being the Best! You've jst got to experience it to understand it, but you shall see. I would suggest you maybe try to get a little more rest, if at all possible. Your body is going thru a tremendous change right now, & it is exhausting. Be kind to yourself & Good Luck with your pregnancy! :)

Yes your body is in overload in hormone change and preparation for holding the baby! When you throw in stress of a fast pace kitchen job....your stressing your body out more! Not to mention your mind! Mood swings will heighten in situations like that! You are gonna have to do time outs for relaxation....when ever your not at work clock I to relaxation mode. Usually once you hit the second trimester the fatigue should go away and the hormones will mellow out and the mood swings! Best of luck dear!
