Well i have an ob appt next week so Im gonna stick it out. but yeah i know the feeling during the first trimester. thats what made me take a pt cuz i was in unbearable pain. But its just one and its sooo sore and swollen. no discharge or nothing but unbearable. Im worried bc i did have my nipples pierced and the ob told me to take them out.

Breast and nipple pains are pretty normal through pregnancy and can sometimes extend to just one or the other. My first trimester my breasts felt like well its hard to describe, but it was excruciating, however maybe look at your nipple really close, are you hving discharge, does it feel hot to the touch? Is it to the point you cant stand it? When i had these issues i used a cold compress to them. Wet cold rags, or warm whicheverfeels best to you, both work. If it starts getting severe call your ob. It is veryhard to know if you have an infection just, from pain ajd swelling because that happens during pregnancy. Hope that helps
