I would definitely call your doctor when. And monitor the itching and see if it gets worse. It could be normal pregnancy itching due to strech8ng skin and hormones but if its worse at night and nothing seems to help then it could be cholestasis. I had that with my first baby and it is potentially serious if not treated and monitored. Just call your doctor to be safe.  How far along are you? Cholestasis typically develops in the 3rd trimester although there are rare cases where it shows up sooner.

Try taking colder showers and stay cool at night, try not to get over heated. I have what's called PUPPPS which is a pregnancy rash and quite honestly it's miserable, and the main thing is itchiness. I have ruined multiple bed sheets and pillow cases from bleeding due to itching. The main thing is just to stay cool and keep your skin moisturized with fragrance free moisturizer.
