junk food!!!!

So when i first found out i was pregnant i was eating super healthy and doing so good, But now for about 3 weeks ive been eating alot of fatty junk food. Its weird because when i eat healthy foods i throw up more then when i eat junk food. Do you think im eating too unhealthy and will it effect the baby??

Eat what you can if it doesn't make you sick. Have you started prenatal vitamins?? I personally just changed how I ate after my first trimester because I no longer got sick and was scared of gaining so much.

I went nuts in my first trimester with eating whatever I wanted. I had tone it down a bit because I was putting on too much weight. I now try to eat as healthy as possible an allow myself a "junk food" day once a week. I just don't want to end up with gestational diabetes. Don't get me wrong, if I crave something, I eat it. I just try to eat in moderation.

I was a vegetarian for years and hadn't eaten pork since I was 8 years old. I got pregnant in 2011  with my second baby and a week before I found out I caught myself eating corn dogs!
