Just be cautious I drink dr.pepper everyday mostly more than one and I've had no issues (I actually crave it!) and they say not to eat Japanese food a lot but the whole no pink steak thing if you eat it with a little bit of pink it's ok as long as it's not bleeding out and it's not everyday!

Meats have to be fully cooked, no pink not even with steak. Most fish aren't safe, google will have a full list of which ones are safe, limit fish to only once a week. No raw eggs. No bleu cheese or goat cheese. Heat all deli meats up before eating them. Limit caffeine intake.

Stay away from fish. Especially tuna. They say if you have caffeine to figure out the oz and double that with water. Avoid energy drinks. Most say heat lunch meats up but I don't. If you eat subway get your sandwich toasted.

Lunch meat, if you eat it heat it up first to kill bacteria. I stay away from soft cheeses even though some people say they are okay. There are some accurate lists off of Google. But your doctor will probably give you a list of everything to stay away from and what is okay. As far as foods and meds go.

Sushi, soft cheese (cream cheese ect), deli meat, pre packaged salad.

There's tons and tons. When you go to the doctor, ask them they will be able to tell you what to and not to worry so much about.  There's some things that aren't really necessary.

Congrats (:

I know you can't eat most sushi, which ***** for me cause I love sushi. They say you can only have 12 ounces of caffeine a day. No raw or undercooked meat.
