Thanks all.... I have no problem falling asleep its just that I wake about 2ish and lie there so tired
but just wide awake.
I can't stop yawning throughout the day.. I eventually got up last night and had a snack
And warm milk....then put pillow everywhere I could under my body...lol..
I had the same problem & my midwife said not to eat 2-3 hrs before bed ( I was an hour or less). Limit liquids no less then an hour before bed. I make sure to have all my water through the day and done by 7 and in bed by 10. I bring 1/2 cup to bed for night thirst. I did all this & was putting castor oil on my eyes (for cosmetic reasons) & learned it helps with sleep! I was goin to bed & falling asleep so fast & sleeping hard. Hope this can help!
This is my first pregnancy and I'm 25 weeks. This week iv noticed it nightly so far, I wake up around 2ish every am then stay up till like 3 and can't fall asleep till midnight. I'm tired though. I only drink my cup of coffee in the am so it can't be that. It's horrible!, I'm still awake and tomorrow I work both my jobs do 8am to .midnight. ill have hour break. Let's hope tonight goes better
Im in the same boat as you. Im so exhausted I don't even bother fixing my self up anymore. Im 33+4 so im just excited this is almosr over and ill have my son in my arms. My two year is a hand full and my husband swears I have it easy because im not working right now. I tried everything body pillows, teas, baths, dr told me to take tylenol pm. I want to, but I feel guilty and im scared its going to hurt the baby in the long run.
Take a benadryl. That should help.. and if not talk to your Dr! :)
