hi,

Trust me I know how you feel. Im 24 and it took me a year and half to get pregnant. I had completely given up hope and went to my doc for fertility test and a 3 weeks after the tests i get a BFP and i'm now 11 weeks pregnant. I used cheap ovulation kits for months but found them hard to read. I then bought a clear blue digital ovulation kit, its disposable and you get about 6 pee sticks with it, much cheaper than the $200 dollar one. It shows a :) face when you are ovulating and just an O when you are not. I found it much easier to read and my first month using that I got pregnant

Dont give up, you will get ur BFP.

how about you take a year off from worrying about it and book some holidays, take weekends away and generally enjoy each other as you are both young and a year of trying will no doubt have taken a bit of a toll on you both.
I suggest this partly cos youre so young and partly cos as many folk will tell you, somehow not thinking about it seems to often be the way to concieve! The stress of trying seems to be a great contraceptive unfortunately and I know of loads of folk who have given up only to fall pregnant within months...so I recommend booking a nice holiday, taking some time out and see what happens. If nothing has by the end of whatever timescale you choose then its maybe time to see a doc to start some investigations. I know its hard (it took me over a year to concieve my first) but try to enjoy the life you have with each other now, once kids arrive it will never be the same again!

I also have a 33 day cycle and the thing that has helped me the most its the clear blue easy fertility monitor. Its around $200 but totally worth it. After getting it, it took me two months to get pregnant both times. I definitely recommend looking into it.
