I lost 15 pounds my first trimester. I didn't start gaining the weight I needed till 18 weeks. I was healthy and so was my baby. I just couldn't eat because when I did I was throwing up. I've only gained a total of 4 pounds I believe my OB said. And I'm 22 weeks.

Maybe a thyroid problem?  I'm being checked for a thyroid problem I'm only 8 weeks and already lost 10 pounds!  In my 1st pregnancy I lost 20+ because of thyroid and sever morning sickness, I haven't got sick to much this pregnancy:/

Has your eating habits changed or are u sick? I have heard women where their appetite is suppressed like they dont eat that much...I would run it by your doctor but as long as u r eating but just like snack here and there and im sure further along in your pregnancy your appetite will change
