Hi hun, I am sorry to say that it is very unlikely. Bleeding in early pregnancy is not normal and especially not heavy bleeding accompanied by pain, this would suggest that it was in fact just a perios, or that there has been something gone horribly wrong or is going to go horribly wrong with a prenancy. I am not a doctor but I have been pregnant 5 times so I know a fair bit. If you are still unsure, I would suggest talking to your doctor and seeing what they think. good luck to you and all the best for the near future :)

It's possible but very unlikely.  The symptoms you describe are indicative of a miscarriage.

I bled during my first pregnancy worse than a period but had no pain. If you are bleeding and cramping and are pregnant it is a bad sign and if you don't know if you are pregnant then most likely it is a period.
