miscarriage??

Ok i am 18 weeks and 4 days im wondering if its possible to miscarry.  I had severe cramping today possibly gas because i dont have it anymore.  And 2 days ago i had very light brown blood mixed with my regular discharge about 4 hrs after i tried pushing a bm out.   I still feel the baby kick and punch im just worried that i might have a miscarriage bc of the blood and cramps.   Please someone tell me im acting stupid.

Its better to get checked out especially if there is any blood involved but I have period like cramping in my lower abdomen pretty often. Its most likely that you were constipated since you said you had a BM recently or ligament stretching. You can take Tylenol for the pain and use a heating pad on low for a few minutes if the pain doesn't go away but again better to just call your dr and let them know and see what they say.

as long as you are bleeding lots of bright red blood and cramping really bad i wouldnt worry but to be safe i would have it checked.
I too carried til 20 weeks where i found out that his little heart had stopped beating...
good luck

I would say go get checked out and try not to push when having a BM... I hope its just gas pain I have crMping and tightening and I am bearly 18 weeks but I did have. Misscaragr at 20 weeks and I tought the cramping wad just contipation anyways the pain got worse and went to hospital. I was 6 cm dialated and my baby was born with a heart beat and he would still kick me.. not trying to scare you but even if ur over reacting its better to ne safe than sorry. Good luck and God bless you

I would say to call your doctor as soon as you can and ask them their opinion. My doc said as long as its not bright red discharge or have clots in it, it was alright. But every person & every pregnancy is different.
