Anyone that has had a very early miscarriage at like 3-4 weeks, I would really like to know how it was,im confused about if I had one or if its just a bad period, please and thank you :)

I had an ectopic pregnancy and miscarried naturally and there was no way I could have missed that. I was 4 1/2 Weeks and had just gotten a + when it happened, I was writhing in pain, but that could have been because it was ectopic

It kinda does sound like a early m/c But also with you just having a child it could be just more healing shedding of your uterus. I always have small clots in my periods. But I know everyone is diffrerant. Only way to really know is to have a beta blood test right away to see if you have any hcg levels. But if it was me I would rather not want to know plus there's nothing you could do sadly :(

I missed my period and tested positive for pregnancy and a few days later I had heavy bleeding like I normally have when I'm on my REG period..I went to the emergency room and they said it was a spontaneous miscarriage..my body felt so weird afterwards .and like two days later a brown cloggy thing came out of me.I guess it was the forming of the pregnancy after implantation

Oh ok, I'm confused tho, I know I wouldn't have even known I was pregnant yet cuz I would only belike 3-4 weeks since me and my hubby just started having sex again about 4 weeks ago after having our baby boy, but I didn't have a period til Thursday the 1st, and it has been VERY heavy everyday nonstop and a lot of clotting, not big clots tho but small specs of dark pinkish  stuff everytime I change my pad, sorry tmi, and I have had terrible headaches and lower back pain and stomach pains, not only the regular cramps, and everything I've read about early miscarriages lists the same symptoms I've been having, any advice?

I had two chemical pregnacy and a missed m/c.. The chemicals were like a period, I wouldn't have even known it had I not gotten a ++. Might has just a tad more pressure down there
