miscarriage??

I recently saw today in the morning i had light pink and brown discharge.
Now at night i find a dark red and brown discharge.two days ago i had horrible abdominal pain.
Could it be a miscarriage?

Definitely go to ER bc it could be a number of things but if u go in they can check to see if your cervix is opening & if it's closed, it's a good sign. I had pink, brown, red dc but I turned out fine during this pregnancy but I always went to ER if anything scared me! I always felt it better to go & know then not go n stress!

This could be normal if your in your first trimester. Haoened to me but after that definitely not. You should still check bc it could be different for you a misscarriage is like that but it also follows up with more blood. I my self went through it and its bad not just a little

I never had one, but i can inly imagine how scared/nervous u may feel. You should go to the ER nomatter what any of us say. Bttr safe thn sorry. I hope all is well!!!
