Crackers dont help peppermint doesnt help b6 doesnt help and i take 100mg a day. The only thing iv found the help at all is potato chips and cheerios. Melon is the only fruit i dont like but maybe ill try anyways. Ginger ale i dont care for either but im deffinantly Trying it soon
Trust me, no fruit. Theres too much acid. If your morning sickness is anything like mine was you barely keep anything down long enough for it to digest much and fruits even like watermelon have too much acid and will rip your throat up.
When I had it I got to the point I would just eat what I knew would taste the same and also absorb the stomach acid so it wouldnt burn. Ihad a lot of pbjs, eggo waffles, and toast.
I can sometimes keep down toast or crackers. Just stay away from citrus fruit in the morning.
Try small amounts of dry starchy foods. Also try dipping on some ginger ale to settle your tummy.
Try other fruit, and crackers. I havnt had any morning sickness but my sister n law does really bad. Watermelon I heard is really good for sickness.
