mucs plug???

I was in preterm labor at 31 weeks, i am not 34 weeks and i have been feeling constantly wet and i have been having a lot of discharge which is white but a lot of it. It is like thick. It is like milk white and odorless.

My doctor checked me 2 weeks ago and i was over 1 cm dialte, 50% enfaced & my cervix was "soft"

I wouldn't worry unless its tinged with blood (bloody show). The mucus plug regenerates itself throughout pregnancy so even if you loose it you should be OK.

When you lose your mucus plug it looks kind of like a big glob of snot. I lost mine a few days ago and not quite 30 weeks. I wasnt sure if it was ok to lose it that early so I called my ob and shesao it was fine. She also said that I'd probably continue to lose it bit by bit until the end. You do tend to have more discharge than normal towards the end of your pregnancy so that is probably what you're experiencing.
