Hi I am a big believer in knowing our own bodies and if you think you are pregnant i would stick to your guns and i think it is a really smart move getting a second opinion, i hope all works out in your favour and am dying to hear how you went, take care and try not to stress.
thanks heaps for ur support over the past couple of weeks! i went to the doctors today at the local medical centre and i told him there is something going on even with the neg blood tests i know it in my body ang gut feeling, he told me straight away it could be a few different thins and sent me for a blood test again staright away and to get an u/s done on wednesday.
will still go t o my original GP tomorrow nbut if she was like this last time i miscarried and again now im not feeling a very good repotoir with her hey...
thanks again hun!
It only took 3 months for to conceive the 1st time we fell pregnant and quite obviously you have a d ifferent relationship with ur doctor than i do with mine. if i beleive i am pregnant there is every reason for them to see me especially if i have miscarried before! this is not a 'beginning of a period'.
PS The ER will just send you home. There isn't anything they can do for a negative pregnancy test and someone who may be beginning their period. If you suspect you have endometriosis or another issue going on then you should bring that up to your doctor at your appointment tomorrow. It can take up to a year to conceive.
You had a negative pregnancy test and have begun spotting. I would assume you're not pregnant. And yes, doctors are very busy. I never talked to my doctor on the phone; it was always through his receptionist and that doesn't bother me in the least. So long as I'm getting the information I need I don't mind who is relating it to me. And if I had a question the receptionist was great at getting back with me before the day was out, sometimes even after-hours, to let me know what the doctor told her when he wasn't busy with patients, writing his reports, researching, etc.
