never full?

Here lately I never feel full when I eat I'm 21 +3 and was wondering if this happens to any one els and if so how do I make myself feel full with over eating? like last night I had 3 verry full big bowls of chicken and dumplings and made myself stop even tho I was still verry hungry I'm just so confused BC prepregnacy I would have had to fight to get down one of the bowls I ate last night

Drink a big glass of water or milk before you eat.

I know I'm jelous now when people say they are full lol I have forgotten what it feels like

I'm scarred I'm either goin to gain to much or I'm not eating enough so Idk what the heck to do!! Lol I've only gaind 7 pounds and I know I should be up 10 to 13 so I'm not too far off but sofi is mesuering almost 2 weeks bigger so I know she is okay she is my first and so I'm new and totally confused on what I need to do lol I drink lots of water and milk and juice and I eat healthy fruits and veggies proteins so idk why I'm never full

Same here. I've upped my water intake. Helps a little. I also keep snacks in my car and purse lol.

Lol I'm not sure what helps. I also have this problem.. It just seems to get worse. I'm never full and constantly hungry. I'm 24w. It's horrible!
