not trying to be nasty, but i need to know
The hospital said come back if I have diarre, ah or am throwing up, I'm having both , but I honestly don't want to go to the hospital if its not necissary. Help please.

I think they would want you to go to the hospital to avoid getting dehydrated..I would go to be on the safe side!
If you are having the exact thing they told you to come back for, than YES, go in NOW! You are probably severely dehydrated which is not good for you or the baby and if you are far along (16 weeks or more) than dehydration can cause pre-term labor. Please call them now and head in!
