Basically what everyone else said lol. Obviously no drinking, drugs or smoking. Prenatals are important. Make an appointment with an obgyn. Try to eat somewhat healthy, stay hydrated (water is a must and Gatorade is good), and get enough calcium because if not the baby will take it from your bones and teeth. Try to stay stress free, dont lift heavy things, and take an extra nap when needed. I know its a lot, but its stuff most people should be doing anyways, just more important while pregnant. No Drinking... Smoking or Doin Drugs.... Take prenatal vitamins everyday... Drink lots of water and Walk. And get plenty rest :)
I was the same way. Found out around 6weeks and freaked out. it gets easier as things progress and time helps process things. Start taking prenatal vitamins and make sure they have folic acid in them. Make an appointment with an obgyn/midwife if you haven't already. I suggest reading Girlfriends Guide To Pregnancy, its helpful.
Eat healthy stay up on your vitamins and dont stress dont lift and put strain on your body i found out at 6 weeks was being physically abused and my job requires lifting plus my living arrangements have me stressed all the time but i managed to make it thru im 20 weeks now good luck and dont smoke or drink
Not really apart that you have 75% of chances of being totally fine... Dont stress too much, eat fruits and good food, take your prenatal pills.... All the best,,,
Relax. I know it's hard but you should avoid stressing. Take it easy. Don't think negative thoughts :) look up the things that are a NO in pregnancy..look.up good nutrition..get familiar with it all..sign up to a site that gives you info week by week of baby's growth inside of you. And don't worry.. :)
avoid doing strong activities and lifting heavy stuff.. just do everything right whatever you do DO NOT GET STRESSED OUT please
