ovarian cysts and pregnancy

I ovulated around the 1st of March, for a week after that I had dull cramping in my left side and than 7 days later i started getting what felt like period cramps. I went to the doctors and come to find out I have a cyst on my ovary, my question is I still think I might be pregnant, just how common are ovarian cysts in early pregnancy and is it possible that if I'm having pregnancy symptoms that I could still be pregnant. And can ovarian cysts cause a missed period making me think that I am pregnant? I don't normally have any PMS symptoms except cramping the day of my period.

When I got pregnant, during my 8 week ultrasound they saw many little cysts on my left ovary. I guess they were just the "normal cysts" that you can get off and on during your life, since it obviously didn't affect me on getting pregnant at all.
Women get cysts all the time , they come and go, disappear like nothing happened. Some of them stay and harden and then you have problems but if you haven't had any pain at all nor other side effects (like the typical PCOS symptoms) then you dont have to worry

I have had a cyst on my right ovary for almost a year not. Yes they can cause your periods to be late or irregular......I go anywhere from 31-42 day cycles every month. Cysts can also cause pregnancy like symptoms. So you may not be pregnant at all it could all be the cyst. I go through it every month.
