I have PCOS but I am not overweight at all I'm at the low end of normal weight but it took me 34 months to get pregnant. I'm now 32 weeks!

I have had PCOS since i was 14, i am now 7 months pregnant. Just eat health and keep trying it will happen out of the blue like it did us. We have been trying for a year and a half. GOOD LUCK!

THANK YOU!!!! so much because everytime i wood come on my cycle and get ready to come off i would be upset because i would have sex like once im am off and i i would wait for my ovulation days i would be upset when i took the pregnancy test i am like omgee something has got 2 give i would be upset and cry so now hopefully things would be alot better thanks sweetie (^_^)

Absolutely.
I was diagnosed with PCOS in June, however I had it for awhile prior and still managed to have a son in January 2010.
I am now 12 weeks pregnant with my second child, I simply took a cycle of metformin and kept an eye out for ovulation symptoms.
I'm around a size 14 and classified as being overweight, even though I'm the size of most average women and my last pregnancy went just fine.
