pelvic exam

Hello,
Just had question for anyone.  I am nineteen weeks pregnant and have not had a pelvic exam yet and am wondering if that is normal.  Also my doctor has not checked my respiration or heart beat with a stethoscope as well and am wondering if that is normal.

I am now 26 weeks along but he's done this since the beginning. The only difference now is he now longer feels my tummy but measures it... this started at 22 weeks.

How far along are you?

My doctor feels my tummy to see where my uterus or whatever its called is and takes my blood pressure and then we listen to the heartbeat. Thats about it... I haven't had a full examine (except the pap on the first visit) nor has he listened to my heartrate or anything like that.
