pink discharge at 13 weeks pregnant

so one week ago at 13 weeks pregnant i had some one time pink discharge which freaked me out seeing ive had two earlier miscarriages before this one where the embryo's didn't even grow past 6 weeks. I went to the ER and baby was fine with a strong heart beat 12 weeks 5 days. Then a week later 13 weeks 6 days I had the pink discharge one time episode again freaked out again and went to the ER and baby was fine, strong heart beat, they couldn't find the heartbeat at first on the Doppler and i totally freaked even more but then baby was fine on ultrasound. They dont know what is causing the pink discharge and its frustrating me. Has this happened to anyone else and have your pregnancy's turned out ok? I have my ob appointment on Tuesday 6 days from now.

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have the same pink discharge. My baby's heartbeat is strong but i was wondering if it lasted your entire pregnancy? Did you find out where it came from? It's so frustrating!

well sometime that can be a sign of an infection

nope i didnt have sex at all coz we were advised not to from a week ago when i first noticed it. im so scared i hardly slept well at all last night.

Some women have period type bleeding all the way through pregnancy, as long as everything is ok, i would not worry.

Have you been having intercourse?  That can cause discharge sometimes..
