I just went 64 days before i finally started my period...same thing..neg. hpt's and neg blood test.  I finally started though.  I'm waiting to see if this cycle is going to be normal.

You say you've been ttc to 8 months.  In all honesty that very well may be your answer...if you are stressing over the whole TTC thing ..well the stress can delay or cause you to skip a period.

I think you should follow your docs advice...have the glands checked and get the u/s done.  Are you charting your BBT to see if you are actually ovulating?  That's one thing i'm doing along with doing the opk kits.

so sorry hun!! i know how bad it hurts to be trying and to keep getting a bfn!! I tried for ten months and finally fell pregnant!! The thing is its normal to be trying for 6-12 months before you fall pregnant !! It could very be that you havent fallen pregnant becasue of your piturity gland isnt functioning right!! But dont worry if thats the case they can fix it and you will be pregnant before you know it!! Good luck
