hi sweeti.the same happened to me but i was 7weeks and the sac was there with no fetus.u could defo be much too early..dont be stressing its not good for you and baby..put your feet up and relax..xx
At 5 weeks it's too early. I couldn't see nothing on mine! The us tech even told me she thought it was a blighted ovum since my hcg levels were so high! I'm 13 weeks pregnant now and my baby is fine so don't think there is anything wrong!
I too this week went for the same thing...i was told anything brown is old blood and if you arent having red blood that is soaking a pad every hour you should be good...as for the u/s at 5 and a half weeks its deff too early to be concerned only seeing a sac...i would assume in 2wks you will be able to see much more...if your pregnancy symptoms are getting more noticeable i wouldnt worry that usually means a nice healthy pregnancy...good luck love and keep us updated :))
Yea that's what my husband said that I shouldn't stress. Thankyou :)
Thank you so much for your respose. i'm going to the doctor on Mon. Thanks for the advice.
Brown spotting is a sign of old blood but if your worried then i'd get it checked out. Sometimes it's too early to see anything but the sac so I would't worry about that. As for the appetite I didn't get mine back until 14 weeks. Hope all goes well and don't stress yourself out.
Very early in pregnancy 5_6wks it is common to only see the gestatational sac. But if they are not seeing anything more past that time period then the pregnancy may be destine to miscarry. You need to go back to the doctor asap sweetheart! I wish u the best.
Thanks for your advice. I really appreciate it. they gave me some pills for the nausea but they don't work very well.
I have an app. on Mon. Thankyou sooo much for responding. I'm just concerned.
It's normal not to have an appetite when you're throwing up all the time which is common in pregnancy and that early it is not a red flag all they're seeing is a sac. Try anything with natural lemon flavor for the nausea it helped me a lot with my son. Good luck!
I would definately call the doctor. It may just be nothing to worry about but why take a risk. Go ahead and call.
