pregnant three weeks after giving birth???????

hey, i just had a baby four weeks ago i stopped my lochia bleeding at three weeks and at three weeks i had unprotected sex im not on birth control but i am breastfeeding could i have gotten pregnant three weeks after giving birth?

yes i know but it just happened, my grandmother had my mom and had sex then went back to her six week appointment pregnant again i know it can happen cause shes living proof but im just hoping im lucky

As waitn said, you'll need to wait at least two weeks from the last time you had sex to test. It's not advised you should be having intercourse until at least 6 weeks PP though (unless your doctor has said otherwise) because you're still healing.

i would at least another week to test....i think they say 2 weeks after unprotected sex is the earliest it can be detected but, it could take longer so it may take 3-4 more weeks to get a BFP if you are preg

i have an appt on monday at the ob and im sure they will test me again since i havent gotten my period yet

it was only once and he ejaculated inside me, when should i take a test its been a week since the unprotected sex.

its possible...im sorta in the same boat trying to figure out when to expect my period...its been 9 weeks and nothing....i breastfed for 7 weeks after  my daughter was born so im waiting to see if it starts up soon

i would suggest taking a test to see what that says....

are you still having unprotected sex or was that the only time....if it was the only time and the test is negative you are not preg...
