When i drink milk ii get sick what can i replace milk with?

Milk makes me vomit too ... yougarts are all I have because I don't like cheese.

I also eat icecream but not sure that counts lol

Is there a special kind of yogurt or out can get any type of yogurt

If I drink 2% or whole milk I get sick too! I drink 1% and it doesn't make me sick! So I stick to 1% milk

Ypu can try soy milk almonds milk. Or just have yogurt an cheese
