recovery tips
So this is my second child, but first c section, does anyone have any tips on a speedy recovery? I know walking is the best way, but if any of y'all had a problem with your neck back and head hurting when you walk? They told me it could be from the spinal block or it could be the meds I've taken
Thank you and good luck on yours! I unfortunately got a spinal headache from the spinal block and had to have a blood patch done this morning, I'll be glad when I can go home with my baby!!
