reflux

Im a ftm. My daughter is 2 months old and ever since she was born Ive had issues with her spitting up all the time. During the feeding while burping she spits up, even hours after the feeding she'll spit up so the doctors told me to put cereal in her bottle to thicken it up so she doesnt spit up. Im just wondering has anyone else had to do this and does it actually work?

Ahh really. The doc said if the cereal doesnt work they ll give her medicine and to give it a month. Shes growing fine and so far shes still spitting up so I think maybe it is the formula. Shes on Enfamil ProSobee ( Soy )

Yeah I don't think the cereal will help soon had acid reflux for the first couple months and his doctor have him some medicine for it. It helped allot and he quit spitting up all the time. But you may need to switch the formula  they have one for babies with acid reflux.

The cereal in the milk just helps with weight gain according to my friend, who does that with her daughter.

... I dont think the cereal will help. If you're formula feeding it sounds like the formula isnt agreeing with her and you may need to try something else.
